The responsibilities will include:

• Processing and tracking supplier and customer orders on a daily basis.
• Preparing paperwork for fitters, and confirming appointments with clients.
• Inputing dimensions provided by surveyors, and processing the orders.
• Processing end of day banking.
• Provide backup support for the sales staff by answering phone calls and directing visiting clients.
• Processing client payments and filing completed job paperwork.
• Arrange installation appointments with clients following the manufacture of goods.
